Issues with hosting environment
Incident Report for Jetshop
Resolved
During the night between Sunday and Monday, Jetshops hosting partner had a planned maintenance work on Jetshop's databases.
This was a planned maintenance that would not mean any downtime. At 03:45:30 some applications stopped responding and became unavailable. Jetshop jour was quickly alerted and contacted our hosting partner for investigation.
07.28:23 everything started running again and we are now waiting for an incident report from our hosting partner about the cause and how it should be prevented in the future.
